How does pricing work?
Every requirement is different, so pricing is scoped to the actual work after a conversation about what is needed. Annual contracts (spares, supplies, compliance) are structured differently to one-off jobs, and that will always be explained clearly upfront.

Do I need to be tech-savvy for this?
No. You don't need to learn any new technology yourself. MACH handles the technical side and explains it in plain English; your job is just to tell us what's slowing you down.
I'm not selling anytime soon. Is this still worth it?
Yes. The systems and automation that make a business sellable are the same ones that make it easier and less stressful to run day to day, whether or not you ever sell.

Do I need new accounting software?
Not necessarily. Most businesses already have enough data; the gap is usually how it's structured and reported, not the tools. MACH works with what you already have first.
Will this replace my bookkeeper or accountant?
No. This sits alongside your existing bookkeeping and accounting, turning the numbers they already produce into something you can actually act on day to day.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Not always. Sometimes the existing site just needs fixing (mobile-friendliness, speed, a clearer call to action) rather than a full rebuild. MACH will tell you honestly which one it needs.
How long until I see more enquiries?
It depends on the starting point and the channel. Google Ads can bring enquiries within days; SEO is a longer-term investment that builds over months. Realistic expectations get set for your specific situation.

Asset Management & Predictive Maintenance
Do I need to replace my equipment to do this?
No. Sensors and monitoring are fitted to your existing equipment. This is about getting more life and less downtime out of what you already own, not replacing it.
What if I don't have an asset register at all?
That's a common starting point. Building the register from scratch is usually the first step, and it's often more straightforward than people expect.
Automation, Controls & Retrofit Engineering
Do you only do full retrofits?
No. Support ranges from small controls tune-ups through to full end-to-end retrofits. The scope matches the actual problem, not a fixed package.
What happens if my current contractor can't finish a project?
MACH can pick up a project partway through, assess what's been done, and take it to completion with clear accountability from that point.
Annual Compliance Contract
What happens if I'm already mid-way through a compliance issue?
MACH can step in at any point. The priority is understanding where things currently stand and getting records and practice back on track quickly.
Does this replace my WHS obligations as a business?
No. Compliance responsibility stays with your business. This service supports you in tracking and meeting those obligations; it isn't a substitute for your own duty of care or independent legal advice.
Technical Manpower
Are the tradespeople employed by MACH or by us?
They're supplied and employed through MACH, so the work gets done without you taking on the employment relationship, paperwork, or liability yourself.
Can I request the same people again for future work?
Where possible, yes. Continuity matters on site, so MACH will aim to supply the same people again if they're available and it's a good fit.

Spare Parts Sourcing
What if I don't know the exact part number?
That is normal. A description, a photo, or an old part is often enough for MACH to identify or cross-reference the right item.
Do you only source new parts?
No. Depending on the situation, that can include new, genuine alternative, or appropriate used and reconditioned options. You'll always be told upfront what's being proposed and why.

What if I don't use all the spares in the contract period?
That's exactly what the free Annual Spares Consumption Study is for. It's built around your actual usage history, so you're not committing to parts you don't genuinely need.
Where are the spares actually held?
At the MACH facility in Australia, so they are ready for 1 to 2 day delivery instead of sitting in your own storage or a long-haul international queue.
Annual Supplies Contract
Will switching disrupt our current supply?
No. The transition is managed so ongoing supply is not interrupted while pricing and accounts are being consolidated.
What counts as a consumable under this contract?
Anything from factory-floor items like gloves, lubricants, and filters through to general office supplies. If it is a recurring purchase, it is worth including.
